About Us, The founders of Frozen North IT

As a transplant from the ripe old age of one , I have been part of the Fairbanks community for nearly 30 years. From my experience working in customer service with our local Internet provider, GCI, to computer repair, and network security with UAF, I've realized that sometimes people in our community need a bit of extra help with their technological needs. Due to this, I helped found Frozen North IT Services. I believe that whether you own a business that just wants to run a bit smoother, or you're a resident that just has questions about how to use a smartphone, there should be a place to go that can help you keep pace with new tech, even in a middle-of-nowhere place like Fairbanks!   --Ian Larsen, Founder

I'm a lifelong Alaskan growing up in the North Pole and Fairbanks community, I love it here and want to help it grow as I do. With a natural curiosity for technology and enjoyment from learning something new I have many hobbies such as cooking, camping, board-game nights, and volunteering at our local electronics recycling facility GreenStar. I want to provide my community with technology support that rivals large companies, while sticking true to my humble beginnings. As a UAF alumni, I know that learning is important and ongoing and I'm here to support others in any way I can by keeping your businesses, computers, and mobile devices up and running ready for the challenges of today and the solutions of tomorrow.     --Hayden Jones, Founder
