Business Packages

Our managed IT services and support agreements are tailored specifically to your business needs based on our initial meeting consultation. Each level will contain a minimum and maximum number of billable hours charged on a monthly basis, with a recommended breakdown of how those hours can be spent on supporting and improving your business. These hours can be adjusted if you decide you would prefer a different focus of our services, and each agreement will be revisited on a quarterly basis. This is to gather, and provide feedback, adjust service hours, as well as insure your business’ needs are being met.

Basic Service Package

About five users requiring  13 -  20 hours per month

  • Weekly On-site Support Visits: Recommended 4-8 hours per month

    • Troubleshooting of computers and devices. If possible, repair of devices during allotted on-site hours at customer request. 

    • Assist in upgrades or installation of new hardware and software.

    • Check-in on overall status of IT needs.

  • Service & System Improvements: Recommended 5 hours per month

    • Analysis of current systems and recommendations for improvement to technology needs.

    • Time and cost analysis of recommended improvements.

    • Design, testing, and implementation of service and system improvements.

      • Implementation scheduled at business’ convenience.

  • Off-site Troubleshooting & Repair: Recommended 4 hours per month

    • Time allotted to complete regular and in-depth repairs.

    • Will also include data migration and backup services upon request.

    • Remote support via phone and re.

  • Emergency assistance: Billed at Consumer After Hours Rate

Standard Service Package

Up to 10 users requiring 21 - 35 hours per month

  • Weekly On-site Support Visits: Recommended 6-10 hours per month

    • Troubleshooting of computers and devices. If possible, repair of devices during allotted on-site hours at customer request. 

    • Assist in upgrades or installation of new hardware and software.

    • One-on-one training with users on the use of programs and services available upon request.

    • Check-in on overall status of IT needs.

  • Service & System Improvements: Recommended 7 hours per month

    • Analysis of current systems and recommendations for improvement to technology needs.

    • Time and cost analysis of recommended improvements.

    • Design, testing, and implementation of service and system improvements.

      • Implementation scheduled at business’ convenience.

  • Off-site Troubleshooting & Repair: Recommended 6 hours per month

    • Time allotted to complete regular and in-depth repairs.

    • Will also include data migration and backup services upon request.

    • Remote support via phone.

  • Emergency assistance: 2 hours included per month

    • One Emergency call out per month on retainer for immediate technical assistance. This includes situations such as:

      • Unexpected computer or network failure

      • Failure of on-site managed services

      • Rollover into other services if hours not utilized

Advanced Service Package

Support for 10+ users requiring 35+ hours per month

Our advanced service packages are made completely custom to suit your exact business needs and usually include more than one dedicated technician to service your company.
